WHO WE ARE

Perspective to Grow NGO was founded in 2022 with the mission of advancing business development and practical education in Armenia.

As a non-profit public association, the organization is dedicated to strengthening the capacities of local enterprises while fostering the professional growth of women and youth. Our main goal is to promote education and entrepreneurship, creating sustainable, long-term opportunities for communities across Armenia.

Through various grant programs, Perspective to Grow supports both individuals and organizations on their professional and entrepreneurial journeys, helping them acquire the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to succeed.

Our main objectives are:

• Supporting Armenia’s economic growth through practical business education.

• Strengthening and developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

• Promoting active participation of women and youth in business.

• Equipping entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools necessary to compete successfully in local and international markets.
